Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Here are the conditions for refund eligibility:

  • Time limit: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service is unused
  • Unused service: The AI interview or recruiter interview must not have been conducted by recruiter
  • Technical issues: Refunds available if technical problems prevent service use
  • Billing errors: Immediate refund for any incorrect charges or billing mistakes
Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds once consumed:

  • Completed interviews: Once an AI mock interview or recruiter interview is conducted, the service becomes non-refundable
  • Used subscription plans: Subscription plans after the first usage
  • Generated reports: Interview reports that have been generated and accessed
  • Consumed credits: Interview credits that have been used for mock interviews
  • Custom services: Personalized interview templates or custom AI training services ( For companies only)
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

Include your order number, payment method, and reason for the refund request

Wait for Processing

We'll review your request within 48 hours and respond with the next steps

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • • When technical issues affected part of your interview experience
  • • For bulk purchases where only some credits were consumed
Exceptions and Special Cases
  • • Refunds may be denied for suspected fraudulent activity
  • • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension
  • • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for violations of our Terms of Service
  • • Special promotional offers may have different refund terms
